Overview

“Family Kingdom” is a family app for managing children’s chores and rewards. We respect your privacy and never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Parent data: name, email, and password (hashed) to create the account.
• Children data: entered by the parent (name, age, optional photo, points and activity). Children do not create their own accounts.
• Photos: optional photos uploaded by the parent for family profiles.
• Technical data: approximate country/city (from IP at signup) and device language, to improve the service.

How we use data

• Run the points-and-rewards system and track children.
• Send email notifications to parents (reward grants, child requests, monthly reports) — can be turned off in Settings.
• Improve the app and provide support.

Children

The app is intended for use under parental supervision. All children’s data is managed and controlled by the parent, who can edit or delete it at any time. We show no ads and do not collect data directly from children.

Sharing & security

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• Data is stored securely on our servers; passwords are hashed.
• Emails are sent via our own mail server.

Your rights & deletion

You can request access to your data or delete your account and all its data by emailing support@niledot.net, or via the “Contact us” button in the app.
